In many ways, the Pacific Northwest is home for me. My brother lives here, and my family is originally from here. In fact, I was born here -- we didn't move to Dallas until I was 7 years old.
So even though I'm looking uber-sexy, hobbling around with a leg brace and crutches, and I can't really go hiking or do anything active, it's still nice to be up here. The scenery is beautiful as always. Also, the
Mostly this week I've been tooling around with my brother in all his various fishing spots: Twanoh, Ollala, Tahuya, and DeWatto. (Say that three times fast). He's been torturing a lot of fish by catching them, tossing them in a net, posing them stylishly for photos, and then releasing them. Awesome.
